HTC has officially unveiled their third Android smartphone, HTC Hero. The smartphone featuring 3.2-inch fingerprint-resistant touchscreen display with 320 x 480 pixels, a 5MP camera with autofocus, an accelerometer sensor, Android 1.5 OS, HTC’s latest Sense UI, Google Streetview, Google Maps, and various other Google apps / services, GPS, WiFi, a microSDHC card slot, a 3.5mm headset jack. HTC Hero supports both GSM and HSDPA connectivity.
Starting early July, Orange UK will be the first carrier to offer the HTC Hero in Europe. The smartphone will come in a graphite color version, for free on select plans. No price information yet. Watch the official video HTC Hero below to get more detail.
