ATi has launched the ATI Radeon HD 5870 and the ATI Radeon HD 5850, the first video cards in the industry to fully support DirectX 11 (the new gaming and compute standard shipping shortly with Microsoft Windows® 7 operating system). These Graphic cards has 1GB GDDR5 memory and capable of producing 2.72 TeraFLOPS of computing power.
